Sometimes, when I wander alone in the heart of the forest, I like to imagine that we are many solitary beings walking side by side, without ever crossing paths.
Among them, I have always dreamed of meeting a lynx, rare, elusive, untamed.

As I painted it, I thought of our own inner strengths, the ones we keep hidden, the ones that stand guard when everything else begins to falter.
The lynx then becomes an image of ourselves: a silent presence, an inner sentinel.

Through this work, I wanted to remind us that even in solitude, we are never truly alone. There is always a force that walks with us, within us, around us.
